| Making Progress | I was in Safeway yesterday and saw a packet of frozen chicken livers. A fairly large bag and they were very very cheap. They contain almost no fat and are 22/23g protein per liver! Just thought I'd pass on my find (some of you probably already know about chicken livers) I think they are a high source of protein that is very cheap. There is the issue, however, of actually eating one of those things....don't think I could do it.... Also, just thought that beef liver is probably the same - high in protein, low in fat and dirt cheap. Has anyone tried liver? Si ______________________ http://www.gibbarchitects.co.uk/BLUE%20LOGO.gif |
