I am eating strawberries at lunchtimes the past wee while, along with my brown rice and chicken breasts. Don't think the strawb's will be doing any harm.

I try to get in about 3 different fruits a day.

I think it is recommended that you eat fruit and veg at least 5 times a day, just for good health!

I tend to eat more fruit coz i quite like it!

Fruit is a good source of nutrients and simple carbs.

I normally eat 3 pieces a day. The only time most people sometimes cut down on fruit is when they are getting cut.

Different fruits have a different glycemic index rating, so it's worth checking that out if you are interested in how long it takes the fruit's energy to be synthesised in your body

Hi All, sorry to a pain in the arse, but who could suggest,an alternative to fruit, in a scenario where the person couldnt afford to supplement his/her diet with it, i know in this day and age it shouldnt be, but it still happens.
