Yeh - I am in the same position!

I normally buy 5 tins of the tescos powdered milk at a time. They are about 1.50 i think and make about 8-9 shakes.

You will need to add some flavour to it though as it is not the nicest tasting stuff out there - either some nesquick or fruit - then you could blend it all up.

There is nothing cheaper than dried pasta, and theres loads of calories in it, but not empty calories and not too much fat either. Me n my fella sometimes have some pasta with a large tin of tuna and to stop it being so dry mix it in a tin of soup.

Dirt cheap, loads of protein, plenty of carbs, just a bit of a sloppy mess!

I think a good, high calorie cheap food could be flapjacks..
I love the damn things, unfortunately I'm cutting at the mo so I can't have them :x
I must admit I did have one on my cheat day the other day cuz they are so good.
Good source of plenty of complex carbs, high calorie.. cheap.
On my cheat day I had one, it was 59p and it was 400+ calories and like 50g+ carbs (the vast majority of which were complex).
V. good for quick easy (delicious) cheap carbs/calories
Good luck, happy munching
