Most health experts would recommend 7 eggs a week, Max :shock:

Hiya mate, yes if you are like me who has a serving of scrambled eggs, on wholewheat toast every couple of days, and when i make it, 3-5 eggs per serving, it all mounts up, quite amazing.

What I would say tho is have some protein immediately available upon waking (whey+water).
