| Making Progress | Hi all, i am drinking about 8-10 litres a day, maybe an extra 1-1.5 ltrs on warm days, i think the normal is around 10-12 litres depending on size etc, but you will be surprised at the smallest things that dehydrate the body, quite incredible. Dave. |

| Making Progress | Yep steve thats bang on, firstly medication i take tablets in the morning 1 for anti convulsive, and 1 for stomach acid and i double up my water intake straight away, secondly i am at the moment not eating correctly and therefore drink more water not to replace snack or a meal but because i have the AS Problem i lose it quicker than most, and when i am training all the supplements i use i try to make sure i flush my system virually all the time, and finally steve i always had a weak bladder so i figured if i drink more water it wont make that much difference to me pissing every 30-40 mins anyway. I cant drive from edinburgh to glasgow without having to stop for a whizz at least once. Dave. |
