| Under Construction Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 20 Rep Power: ![]() | today after training, i consumed the following, 350g lean steak 300g jacket potatoe 1/2 tin baked beans washed down with protein shake. i am early into dianabol deca and test cycle, i know i should be eating more but i didnt know if this was a bit too much (i could have eaten more but stopped myself) any advice welcomed |
