Default on the go food?

Hi alll,
I does any 1 know of any good recipes for food on the go in my job you can be anywhere anytime so i need good food i can eat cold you can only have so many protein shakes lol thanks :P

Mate,

Why dont you do some tuna/pasta in a tub the night before work and eat that, it will be cold and you get a mix of both complex carbs and quality protein.

Also what about cooking some chicken breasts (grilling them) the nnight before and taking them with ya? There are loads of options to go for, just depends on what types of food you prefer/eat.

thats the sort ov thing i do now as well as tuna and beans just after some variaty
