Intense exercise, with increasingly heavier weights will do the ground work for what you want to achieve but you gotta feed the growth. Im kinda tempted to say 'double it' as youll need 3000+ calories per day. A normal 'Joe' with an average lifestyle needs about 2500 (moderately active). Try some eggs as well in the morning. Its probably best to keep a diet diary for 3 days, writing everything down and choose a weekend day as well. Also write down alcohol consumption if you drink. Then take a good look at it and try and get it to 50% carbs/30% protein/20%fat and over 3000 kcals. Just avoid processed foods and high sugar/salt products. If your trainings right and consistent, youll get there. |

The diet u have put up seems way to low in calories. As David has said i would double your calorie intake, and try and make sure as much of the food is taken from foods as its more anabolic, but i do appreciate it is not always that easy. Try having a look on calorieking.com as this will even give u nutritional info on all foods and even the what the calories in a burger from burger king is. Train hard, eat loads and rest and you should increase in size. |
