So far the two best methods of getting quick natural protein in are tuna and eggs (although you still need to eat a lot of eggs to reach 150+ grams of protein a day) so could someone please give me some handy hints as to how i can get a decent amount of natural protein in each day. i hear peanut butter is a good snack? is that true? thanks |

Tuna is pretty good and eggs but i would get your daily protein from a varied sources as possible. Its real time consuming and you just have to think about the gains ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |

Beg, steal, borrow or do whatever to get yourself a Makro/ Cash + carry card. Buy things like tinned mackerel, sardines (loads omega polys). 20 g protein per can 30p. They do a half fat cheese (not ideal but a more favourable fat content than peanut butter) 1 KG for 2.50!! |
