| Under Construction | hey mate, i try not to now a days as i always feel like shit the next day and with that the diet goes out of the window. But when i do im like you TJ on the spirits because larger bloats me badly plus i dont like all the shit carbs in beer and larger. there is nothing worse than a beer belly. lol especially as i train hard not to have one! ______________________ Lifes too short to be small, eat cow and rice and be massive! |

Drink most nights. not much, usually late on couple i have of beers before bed. Weekends are another matter. Sometimes red wine instead but I end up doing the bottle by myself. I include the carbs/calories in my daily intake but it does lay down the fat v.quickly. Cutting down to 3 nights per week to lose some fat for the summer. Dying for a beer at the mo |
