| Making Progress | I agree Tuna isnt all that great after a while, since my fiancee is Chinese she has been taking me a the cultural quarter where there is a chinese store, I hav fallen in love with some of the sauces there, some really spicy! I have about 2 tins of tuna a day with this spicy chilli and it tastes great. I also tend to have days if you get me, chicken, fish, beef, etc... Some days I go for very heavy carb loading, but I hardly eat pasta anymore as it retains far too much water. ______________________ "Living life at 18stone 10lbs is painful.
