Default high energy diet

hey guys, im revising for exams at the moment so havent had time to dedicate enough time to gym, diet, exercise etc. ive done some aerobic but to be honest im no too bothered as im gonna start intense again after exams. Anyway ive been feeling really tired and lethargic, anyone know of a diet to give me high energy and concentration?thanks guys

If aint eating enough carbs mate then you will feel fatigued ,so make sure your eating enough to supply you with your daily enegry needs. If you fail to take enough carbs in then protein in the body is broken down to provide instead and that isnt what you want, you want protein to do its job of building muscle not supplying the body with energy cos you dont take in enough carbs.

Are you getting to bed on a night? How long do you sleep for? How long is your day? I dont mean 24hrs, I mean how long studying?

i agree with tj,carbs are what u need.

but if you need something else for high energy,try pinnacle adrenerlin

very powerful stuff.

thanks guys. i've increased carb intake and feel much better although i would like to try adrenaline...but probably at start on july when my exams are over...dont wanna be playing haywire with it at a crucial time like this!
