That sounds like clen rather than an eca stack. the eca stack can be used for up to 8 weeks, u might not get the same buzz but the effects will still be good. Im currently dieting and do clen 2weeks on and then eca stack 2 weeks as this will hit both of the beta 3 recep[tors in different ways. i take one tab first thing then one about 12 and another one or two b4 4. Personally i prefer the eca as i can train alot better on this rather than clen plus gives me ,more aggression in the gym. Lost 16-18lb in 7 weeks, bearing inmind some will be water, but not gonna hit where i wanna be but not bad going for my first cut. Just need to get some size back after my hols! |

| Making Progress | Fat Burners are ideal for alertness and desire for activity. I normally take 3 tabs in the morning and then none for the rest of the day. The 2 day on 2 day off system is best used for clens. Like geezersi said, 8 weeks is fine as your body doesn't really adapt to the thermogenics as quickly as clen. ______________________ "Living life at 18stone 10lbs is painful. | i go 5 days on 2 off(weekend) depends on your bodies tolerance, you could also up what you take too but only if your sure as it is a supp that can be dangerous if used without thought i take my first dosage(5am) then mid morning and mid afternoon ______________________ SOME THINGS HAPPEN BECAUSE SOME THINGS DON'T | |

As for a minimum age - They are not like steoids, I think it depends on how you think your body would cope. Start doses off nice and low and see how you get on. The worst thing you could do is jump straight in!!! |

| Making Progress | A proper Clen Cycle should go like this: Day1: 20mcg Day2: 40mcg Day3: 60mcg Day4: 80mcg Day5: 80mcg ( increase if sides are tolerable) Day6-Day12: 100mcg Day13: 80 mcg Day14: 60 mcgs Day15: off Day16: off Day 17: ECA with taurine at 5g's a day Eaca is taken and shoudl be increased 10mg's ay day ... or thats how i do it ______________________ * Don't ask what your body can do for you, Ask what can you do for your body* |

This is just my personal way of utilising this compound : 4 caps a day = 100mg ephedra. 2 caps first thing in the morning upon waking 1 cap 4-5hrs later 1 cap 4-5hrs after that So the timeline is usually : 06:00/06:30 - 2 caps 10:00/11:00 - 1 cap 15:00/16:00 - 1 cap Training usually anywhere between 17:00 and 18:30 As ephedra has a half life of approx. 4 hrs IMHO this is the best way of taking ephedra to give the metabolism a boost first thing in the morning and then to keep a steady supply in the body whilst still being able to sleep! I do this as a constant for 12 weeks then 24 weeks off then 12 weeks on again. Seriously starting to research Clen though... |
