Default Thanx

Thanx, that's great!

Do you sell these pills?

Is it essential to go on a low carbs diet to really see fat loss?
I watch my diet anyway but didn't really wanna go low carbs!

Default Dieting

Yo VJ

Losing bodyfat can be a royal pain, but dropping your carb intake really needs to be a definate. You really need about 70% of your calorie intake to be from Carbs. Cut it down gradually to about 40%, thats how I have lost weight.

Also you might want to have all of your carbs before midday, and then until you go to bed have protein and your other essentials. You might want to get yourself a decent protein shake aswell. I swear by Weider's Muscle Builder and Designer Whey.

Also little and often is a key winner to losing weight, eat the same amounts 5 times a day. Have a second bowl of cereals in between lunch and dinner and then have a shake to replace a meal.

As for tablets, try a decent cutter like Hydroxycut and stack it with Kelp (KLB6 Holland and Barrett) they help keep the water out of you.

Make sure you also take a decent Multi-vitamin you will need it if you are going to diet!!

Hope this helps!

like gareth says lowering the carbs should be a def,as you would notice much better results,

but if you didnt want to lower the carbs, you could try doing a couple of extra sets of cardio a week, and lowering your calorie intake.

Cheers for the compliments mate!

Its just a case of getting through the mental pain barrier. the moment you make it, the moment you will start to lose the weight. Its the first push that will do it.

VJ, if you want any other advice outside of the forum or anything related to weightloss you can either contact me through MSN, AIM or send me an email anytime.

Good luck with the weightloss!
