| Making Progress | Yo VJ Losing bodyfat can be a royal pain, but dropping your carb intake really needs to be a definate. You really need about 70% of your calorie intake to be from Carbs. Cut it down gradually to about 40%, thats how I have lost weight. Also you might want to have all of your carbs before midday, and then until you go to bed have protein and your other essentials. You might want to get yourself a decent protein shake aswell. I swear by Weider's Muscle Builder and Designer Whey. Also little and often is a key winner to losing weight, eat the same amounts 5 times a day. Have a second bowl of cereals in between lunch and dinner and then have a shake to replace a meal. As for tablets, try a decent cutter like Hydroxycut and stack it with Kelp (KLB6 Holland and Barrett) they help keep the water out of you. Make sure you also take a decent Multi-vitamin you will need it if you are going to diet!! Hope this helps! ______________________ "Living life at 18stone 10lbs is painful.
