Default Want to lose fat!!

Im a woman who wants to lose fat really badly. Don't want to increase muscle just yet, just want to lose some fat so what would you recommend?

have you tried a diet where u cut down your carbahydrates before?

these are very affective for losing excess bodyfat.

i would recomend cutting out most of the carbs you eat,do about half hour walking a day,and taking a diet pill with ephedra in it, you would lose weight real quick doing this.

this would only be temporary as its not good for the body to go with out much carbs for a long time,

i hope this helps vj

Do the prolab cuts 2 contain this aphedra(?) ? Wood u recommend these diet pills? Do you sell any clenbuterol products as i no these work well for burning fat?

How many prolab cuts 2 do u need to take per day?

hi vj

prolab cuts 2 dont contain ephedra,and the dosage is 6 a day

i have never used cuts 2 so i dont no how good they are,at burning fat,i tend to use the ones with ephedra in them, like ansi hydroxydrine,and nve pure ephedrene,nutrasport eca stack, as i no these definately work.

i dont sell any clenbuteral products

Default The best ephedrine schedule?

What's the best way of taking the ephedrine based supplements, for example the ECA tabs.

I presume that over time your body develops a tolerance. Is there a schedule which will allow you to minimise tolarance?

And how much wieght would you imagine a 13 stone person would loose over (say) 3 months ?

I'd be really interested to hear of others' experience with these supplements.

Bjt,

a bloke in my gym is taking T5's.

5 weeks on, 4 weeks off cycle i think.

And pretty much only doing cardio work, he's lost 8.5kg on each cycle he's currently doing his 3rd cycle.

he weighed 120kg when he started on t5's 3 months ago and he now weighs around 102kg.

Not sure if this is exsessive or not but he's confident of getting down to 80kg, before bulking back up to around 90kg.

Bare in mind though this is (was) a FAT kid and not a bodybuilder tring to lose a little fat here and there.

That guy wouldn't have happened to me by any chance lol!

Taking ECA is ok, but you have to work hard on it, like anything you take, so the best way is to stick with 2 - 3 days a week of 30-45mins of cardio, I found that this way you can lose a lot of weight, but doping a week on week off is the way for best gains!

For a 13 stone man in 3 months is difficult to tell, as I dont know if you are doing cardio, try to do 10-15 mins cardio everyday as a warm up, and then stick with your heaviest weights and you wont shrink. Otherwise you can just look the same and lose muscle, let us know your routine then I might be able to figure something out I hope!!!
