Default Caperioa

Well, looks like a great and fun martial arts, curious to see if anyone here has tried it?

There are some classed where i live so I am thinking about taking it up, I already have a 2nd dan in Taekwon-do so hoping that might come in to some use

probably about as much use as a chocolate fireguard in a fight.......but must admit it looks very pretty.

lol... it doesn't look very useful for a fight situation, brilliant if you want to enter a break dancing comp tho

Well, to be honest I disagree.

Originally, it was purely used for fighting, and so therefore I would assume it would be effective, but in europe at least they seem to teach it more as a routine, rather than a martial-arts.

But wouldnt be ding it for the self defense, just for fun/fitness

mma is about as close as you can legally get to " a fight " in todays times......and its never used in mma....so that pretty much suggests its not effective in a fight.
