Head harness, towel around ya head and pull opposite way, bridges.

They all work the neck directly.

Dont forget shrugs also

If your in to boxing you could prob do some bridge rolls like a lot boxers, but you have to start off really slow and build up slowly,it will take time to master but its worth it in the end,as long as you dont break your neck lol

Bridges are excellent. I like to lie on a bench with my head off it, wrap a 15kg plate round a towl placing it on my forhead and using using neck strengh, lower and raise my head.

lay on your back on a mat....arch your back up and make a bridge with your head and your feet being the only parts touching the ground....GENTLY roll your head with bent legs....easy does it at first.
