I like to lie on a bench with my head off it, wrap a 15kg plate round a towl placing it on my forhead and using using neck strengh, lower and raise my head. ______________________ Marks markschat.blogspot.com - Fighting and training methods for unarmed martial artists |

| Making Progress | lay on your back on a mat....arch your back up and make a bridge with your head and your feet being the only parts touching the ground....GENTLY roll your head with bent legs....easy does it at first. ______________________ im forever blowing bubbles pretty bubbles in the air they fly so high, nearly reach the sky then like my dreams they fade and die |
