what on earth is that fella trying to do !!! unless he is practising for some sort of breakdancing competition then that is NOT the way to perform bridge rolls....not only is it asking for injury,throwing your body around like that is doing very little as regards neck training.....beginner,intermediate or experienced...NEVER perform bridge rolls like that !

If my memory serves me right its an old Muay Thai thing.A harder one is placing your forehead on the end of a bench while someone holds your feet,supporting your hole body weight with your head.Still trying to find a video.
