| i am having trouble deciding what ratios to go with for protein, carbs and fats i was thinking c=40, p=40 & f=20 or maybe c=45, p=40 & f=15, am i even close??? by the way, i am 18, 6ft tall and slightly less than 15 stone, oh and i'm bulking and training 4 days a week. ______________________ Since when did a bit of violence ever hurt anyone? | |

Every day!! Its consistant eating habits that will help you grow. NB :- Carbs; I eat 3g/lb for a few days. If I see i'm getting fatter, then I'll back down to 2g/Lb for a few days, then try work it back up again. ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!!
