Default carb/protein ratios?

i am having trouble deciding what ratios to go with for protein, carbs and fats

i was thinking c=40, p=40 & f=20 or maybe c=45, p=40 & f=15, am i even close???

by the way, i am 18, 6ft tall and slightly less than 15 stone, oh and i'm bulking and training 4 days a week.

60%carbs,40% protein,20% fat will bulk up a guy of your hight and bodyweight nicely...IMO.

Offseason, personnally, I go for 1.5g protein & 2 to 3 g Carbs per pound bodyweight divided over 6 to 8 meals. Every day!!

Its consistant eating habits that will help you grow.

NB :- Carbs; I eat 3g/lb for a few days. If I see i'm getting fatter, then I'll back down to 2g/Lb for a few days, then try work it back up again.
