Default Can I use this as an MRP?

Hi all

I was thinkin about buying MRPS to help acheive roughly 5-6 meals a day and therforeaim to loose weight.

I nearly bought some, but someone said that its equally us usefull to use whey with oats, hence protein and carbs, would you agree?

This is that my homemade MRP looks like

2 scoops unflavoured whey
2 scoops Oats
1 Teaspoon coffee (yeah sounds random, but adds to the flavour lol)
I teaspon Splenda (as above lol)

Would you say this is ok to consume once or twice a day as an MRP?

Mark

Hi Mark . . . . might want to add some fresh berries (raspberries, strawbs, whatever) instead of splenda/coffee to give it flavour . . . they'll also provide some vitamins.

Are the oats whole ? (as in porridge oats) for roughage . . .

All your other meals will have to be even more carefully ballanced, to make sure your getting a balanced diet, guess you'll want to be eating as much whole-foods as possible . . . . (with the exception of chicken . . . the feathers are most difficult to swallow)

Its not too taxing to make your own MRP just look at the ingredients of a pre made sup.

Yeah I am using readybrek actually, as I was told this is suitable and its not too rough to drink.

I agree actually, rapsberries etc sound like a good idea, and I guess they will add to the thermongenic point of the drink, where as at the moment, there is only the oats which is the actual food?

Thanks guys
