Default Calories

Hello

Im currently following a carb cycling diet which you can have x5 days no carbs only post workout.
x2 carb re-feed days
fats need to be ratio of 40%

Can someone please tell me how many calories i should be aiming for each day.
For protein days and carb days.
Just want to ensure that im eating enough really to support the fat loss.

How much do you weigh...?

Try weight in lbs * 10 for your Protein + Fat days, Add in 30g of carbs PWO.

And adjust as required.

Opps - no I meant calorific intake for that day, not just protein lol.

So 150lbs -> 1500kcals from Protein + Fats, + Carbs Pre and Post WO as a base.

However Misfit, as BettyBoo is here she'll help you better than I can
