![]() | Hello, Right, i'm new to the forum, had a quick search and looks like theres some good information here. Basically I'm 19, at about 150 pounds/11 stone, but i'm 6'3! I do an extreme off road sport that requires high levels of fitness that i 'used' to have, but just dont have anymore. I'm not training, not even Cardio, and definately not eating right. I know cardio is the way forward, maybe a few weights, but i need to sort the eating out first! Does anyone have a post they put me onto that has a similar diet that i should follow? Or have one they use that may be usefull? Thanks |

![]() | Welcome. What are your goals....? Would it be safe you assume you want to gain some muscle mass and increase your current fitness levels...? If you have a look there a a few Stickies in the diet section which should explain how to construct a diet etc. If you have a look at those and then post up what you think your diet should be (it's hard to guess what foods you like, what you can eat, when you can eat etc...) |

![]() | hello there, Mate why wait till you're 13stone before training? Start smashing the weights now and eat like there's no tomorrow!!! Some of the more experienced lads will give you help on your routine but just go for a basic mass building diet. There are plenty of examples on this site. Good luck |
