| Making Progress | Ive just been given a big tub of the shittiest tasting whey that i just cannot bring myself to drink....rather than chuck it are there any recipes i could use this stuff for making protein bars ?...im sure i read a few on here ages ago but having done a search i cant find much about it....any of you chaps got any recipes that spring to mind ? ______________________ im forever blowing bubbles pretty bubbles in the air they fly so high,nearly reach the sky then like my dreams they fade and die |

| Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 17 Rep Power: ![]() | If your trying to bulk up a bit may I suggest the following. 25 to 30grams [or more if you want!] of Almonds 75G of Peanut Butter 2 Scoops of the Whey Protein You can add more peanut butter to take the taste away from the whey flavour. You can add Cashews or Peanuts or Bananas just get it in there and drink. Also what brand is it, just for future reference. |

| my powder tastes shit, i never used to mind as i thought that it is the nutritional values (protein, BCAA's etc.) that are important (if that makes sense) but these days i'm finding that having a crappy tasting protein powder is un-bearable as i've put up with bad ones for so long now. ______________________ Since when did a bit of violence ever hurt anyone? | |
