My experience though is combat sports tend to rip muscle off, least ways they do off of me. ______________________ Better a Lion for a single day than a Mouse for a thousand years. |

I have heard glutamine is good to take, does build and recovery have this in it or could I just add it myself if not? It's really hard to know at the minute how much i should be eating as I am just starting out having bouts for the first time and really need to keep my weight right while not losing strenght. |
