| Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Lincoln Posts: 11 Rep Power: ![]() | following on from my newbie post i was wondering if anyone has any ideas/recommendations of what would be a good bodybuilding diet for a typical day? I know the very basic bits i do eat well and 90% of the time cut out the junk food, i drink practically only mineral water and don't drink booze that often... thanks... |
