If not a explanation of what it is, nutrirional value and how to prepare it would be much apprieciated. Spit into 2 then just a slice of butter on each side and then coat bang whatever you like on. i.e. Minced steak with chillie, or chicken curry or just cheese and beans. ______________________ Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though.... |

Good thing I already like potatoes, just don't eat them enough.
