| Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi there , I have been away from the gym for 3yrs mainly due to medical reason but am now back training , I have my cardio and routine sorted but would really appreciate some comments on my current diet. I am 48yrs 5ft 11 in and 215 pounds with 31 body fat and would like to reduce my body fat while increasing size and strenth meal 1 Oats with skimmed milk and 3 scrambled eggs on wholemeal meal 2 Protein shake 45grams meal 3 200g chicken with brown rice meal 4 Tin of tuna with pasta meal 5 Protein shake 45grams meal 6 200g chicken or fish with jacket potato As you can see i have not put any times on these meals or when i train as this alters wih my work pattern , and i also swap and change meals 3,4,6, . And during the day I also have some yoghurt, fruit and nuts as well as take creatine Any comments or suggestions would be very much appreciated, Thanks |
