Default Breakfast

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it hard to eat a lot for breakfast.

I've only had some porridge and a shake - but I feel like I could throw up.

No way man, I love breakfast, I always wake up starving! Do u have a shake before bed?? I always used to find that if I'd eaten before bed, I'd wake up hungry, if I had gone to bed without food, I wouldn't want to eat in the morning - very strange.

There is absolutely no science behind my post, just what i have noticed.

Love my breakfast, cerial and whey protein, however i now just use an MRP not as nice as proper food. Cheese on toast, chuck a few bacon rashers on and an egg and few beans wow, what a power meal, great for breakfast.

that could be your problem. get something tastier for breakfast, then you'll want it more.

If your not competing then have some flavoured oats, golden syrup or apple oats are delicious with a shake,or try a new york bagel with dalfours no added suger strawbury jam with a shake, the bagel will give you 40 ish grms of carbs and the jam a good burst of energy, yumm yumm.
quick and easy.
