I've read through pages on this site for a while now and think (well hope) I know the basics on how to bulk and train. I've been using weights for a couple years now denying the importance of a solid diet. Obviously, gains haven't been amazing. So basically I want to pack on some mass and I have all the patience in the world (If only there was a miracle cure though!) so basically here is a typical days diet: Meal 1 - Protein Shake, 3 eggs, 2 slices of toast, 3 weetabix, 1 glass of milk Meal 2 - Chicken, Basmati Rice, veg/fruit Meal 3 - Chicken, Basmati Rice, veg/fruit Meal 4 - EITHER 6-8 egg whites 3 yolks 3 of bread OR a meat sandwhich, pint of milk fruit/veg (sometimes at this time i'm out and about and don't have the time to eat the eggs) P/W - Protein Shake (If it is a training day) Meal 5 - Steak/Tuna/Chicken etc with pasta fruit/veg Meal 6 - 3 eggs 2 slices of bread 2 pints of milk (I know this should be someting like cottage cheese but I hate the stuff) N.B. Because i'm bulking i'll eat anything on top of that aswell ![]() Supplements are: ON Whey Omega 3, 6, 9 Multi Vitamin Well there it is any advice would be extremely grateful and please be BRUTAL. Thanks |

Your body isnt trained (im imagining) to deal with converting carbs into glycogen that efficiently.... thats why its best to build up on a bulk diet, say increasing calorific intake by 200 calories per week. |
