Default My Bulk Diet

Hey guys, I briefly introduced myself earlier in another section. I'm 19, 6 foot and around 13 stone. I've read through pages on this site for a while now and think (well hope) I know the basics on how to bulk and train. I've been using weights for a couple years now denying the importance of a solid diet. Obviously, gains haven't been amazing. So basically I want to pack on some mass and I have all the patience in the world (If only there was a miracle cure though!) so basically here is a typical days diet:

Meal 1 - Protein Shake, 3 eggs, 2 slices of toast, 3 weetabix, 1 glass of milk

Meal 2 - Chicken, Basmati Rice, veg/fruit

Meal 3 - Chicken, Basmati Rice, veg/fruit

Meal 4 - EITHER 6-8 egg whites 3 yolks 3 of bread OR a meat sandwhich, pint of milk fruit/veg (sometimes at this time i'm out and about and don't have the time to eat the eggs)

P/W - Protein Shake (If it is a training day)

Meal 5 - Steak/Tuna/Chicken etc with pasta fruit/veg

Meal 6 - 3 eggs 2 slices of bread 2 pints of milk (I know this should be someting like cottage cheese but I hate the stuff)

N.B. Because i'm bulking i'll eat anything on top of that aswell

Supplements are:

ON Whey
Omega 3, 6, 9
Multi Vitamin

Well there it is any advice would be extremely grateful and please be BRUTAL.

Thanks

dont bother with omega 6 + 9 you get enough of that in your diet

so just take omega 3's.

maybe add in some rhodiola rosea to give ya energy boost!

meal 1 just use 100g of oats instead of mixing bread and wheetabix (just a suggestion) your's is fine, but this is easier.

make sure you have carbs in that post work out shake, use honey if you cant be asked to buy another supplement.

your the same age and stats as me pretty much.

add in nuts here and there as well!

your diet looks good overall mate.

not being funny mate, but are you being completely truthful when you say that is your typical diet because it is good and if you are eating the correct amount for your bodyweight, you should be growing at quite a rate

Usually best to start on a bit less then youngster!

Build up your metabolism!

Your body isnt trained (im imagining) to deal with converting carbs into glycogen that efficiently.... thats why its best to build up on a bulk diet, say increasing calorific intake by 200 calories per week.
