Little and often is a term you'll hear alot.I'm lucky that i can eat whenever i want at work.I can pretty much hit 6 meals between waking at 6am and hitting the sack at 9:30pm but they're not really meals to be honest.I usually cook a dozen little chicken goujons in the evening, you know the mini fillet thingy's,put them in the fridge and take them to work in a tub accompanied by a tub of brown rice and just nibble on them throughout the day,a couple of protien shakes in a flask too.You don't have to eat them plain,i sprinkle Cajun or tandoori powder on them before i grill 'em.Or throw in some red and green pepper's.You can also buy frozen salmon fillets in a bag made by Young's,you get about 6 or so.Have one poached with just a couple of sprig's of broccoli, dead easy to get down, light on the tum and loads of the good stuff.2 scrambled eggs on a slice of wholemeal toast aswell.

You really don't need to pile your plate high.Little and often!

you need to be having a meal every 2 and a half to three hours m8 being consistant with your meals is realy important if you want to make solid gains .
as gazz says they dont have to be massive you can start by having 4 solid meals and two shakes a days ive gave a example below this is just a idea of how to set out your meals and some suggestions. it realy doesnt matter what order you have them in shakes are allways good for work

meal 1
6 eggs 2 yolks
bowl of otmeal

meal 2
protien shake -bannana

meal 3
tuna or chicken with rice or jaket tata

meal 4
lean meat or fish
potatoes or rice or patsta
loads of veg

meal 5
protien shake

meal 6
cottage chease on toast or quark

if your at work or going out for the day make sure you prepare the meals to take with you the night before .
tuppaware and protien shakers are a must m8 .

get cal to invite you to one of his tuppaware parties .not to be confused with his
ann summers parties

But staying on topic follow that simple diet as a start that fat boy gave you.

Quick tip for bulking if you cant be fecked to count calories etc... but wanna make sure your getting enough protein/carbs

aim for 30-40 g protein per meal and 70-80g carbs per meal

little guideline i follow anyways
