In a nutshell, you enter your daily intake from a drop down list and it returns the nutritional values, prot/carb/fat/cals and adds them up for the day. It does a load of other stuff as well like keeps track of your last 7 days and last 30 days intake, adjusts for cutting/maintaining/bulking requirements taking into account lean body mass etc. If a food doesnt exist in the list you can add it in or delete ones you will never use thus building up your own database of foods to suit you. If you want to take a look pm me with an email address and i'll forward it to you. I'm no expert, just developed it reading what you guys have said, so there may be some bugs that need ironing out but it does seem to work in principal. Could do with one or two folks just giving it the once over to see if it fits the bill. Regards Verne |
