Default weight gain or weight loss ?

on a similar subject to my post about training over christmas, who reckons they'll gain weight and who reckons they'll lose weight over the christmas period ? may sound like an odd question to some people, but when i take a break from training, and the regimented eating that supports my training, i loose weight even though i'm eating sh*t food all day. anyone else like that or will the after eights and yule log undo months of good clean eating ?

I will definately gain weight as I don't generally enough, but on Christmas day I will eat and eat and eat!!! Will probably hammer the liver with a variety of beverages which don't do the waistline too many favours.

I'll be gaining over the new year, but thats coz it coincides with my planned 'step up' in bodyweight plan, which begins on monday

Hmmm, roll on the food!!

I'll remain the same as I am continuing to diet throughout, which is quite sad but I still have a fair amount to go to hit my goals and I actually enjoy my diet.

I like 'dietting' as opposed to just eating 'random junk' - i.e. I do actually enjoy chicken and rice at pre-defined 2/3 hour intervals.

I got (mild-ish) food poisoning on Saturday night when I went for my 'cheatmeal' so I'm still struggling to get my appetite back at the moment grrr...

I always lose a bit due to glycogen depletion.

The only day 'off' from normal food will be XMas day although cos its on tuesday that fits in nicely with my training plan. Cheers God.
