Default liquid meals

hey guys!
i think ive asked this before but does anyone have any quick mrp ideas(not bought ones they make me puke!) really struggling to eat enuf for 3 reasons, really hectic at work so i have to excuse myself from clients to go eat, and ive still got the twisted notion in my head i,ll get fat, even though my logic is screamin at me to eat eat eat! also finding it hard because im not always hungry, body isnt used to eating regularly.(im a hairdresser)

You have asked this b4 lol, try muscle milk it is the best tasting MRP i have ever had and ive tried most of them.. The strawberry flavour is great really tastes like strawburys.

Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though....

you could buy some fine oats and blend them into a whey shake..

i do 50g malto, 50g fine oats, 60g whey concentrate - works out at something like 600 cals.

hey guys, thanks for tips, was doing ok up until coupla wks ago, but i kno i wasnt eating enuf to add muscle, finding it really hard to get my appettite aswell!(sooo not like me!) gona have to invest in a blender for work me thinks. where can u get that muscle milk and is it expensive ali?

Poss have some cards with it like a banana or something. U want be disapointed with it's taste, if u r then ill buy the tub of u. thats how nice it is..
