How do you work out your body fat percentage?

I get weighed on a set of scales which do an electrical impedance test.

You can use calipers, but I've never done it...

Me I look in the mirror
No abs = Fat bastard!!
Abs = Lean
6 pack & serratus = Very lean
Veins in abs = Shredded



Other than that I don't give a fcuk!!

lol, top one there neil, i used to use fat percentage scales, used go on them everyday.. not been on them for over a month now as they can have a negative impact on your training....

i now go by look only as neil said, and i got to say, i think im lean lol,,, aiming for very lean,,, italy in 8 weeks, gotta show those possy italians what thre brits have got..

Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though....

Dude, if your getting bigger AND leaner then thats all that counts....

.. in fact thousands would love to be in that situation!
18lb in 2 months is good going, plus the 1.5% drop in bodyfat....sh1t, in a few more months you'll be under the 15% range. All going to plan by the sounds of it!!!

Errrr.... i think my maths is a bit shit...its 11 lb in 2 months,

but sh1t thats still some good going at any rate....especially with the drop in bodyfat as well!!
