Cool dairy products

does any one know of a good reliable article which states that you can diet for a bodybuilding show while still eating yogurts and pre/pro biotics.as this year i have kept them in and as far as i can tell this year i will be as lean,if not leaner than i have ever been.since i know i can get lean i thought i would try it and see for myself as i was told that it could be done and is done by other top pros.

any info would be of help,as they say you never stop learning.

Morning Paul,

Don't know if its what you are after but Google returned these results:

Pro Using Dairy Pre-Contest

Getting Shredded : Bodybuilding.com - Christopher Mohr - Getting Shredded - A Five Day Diet And Training Guide!

Pre-Contest Diet Plan : Bodybuilding.com - Danielle Nagel - Pre-Contest Diet Plan With Healthy Recipes!

Anti Using Dairy Pre-Contest

Tom Venuto : Tom Venuto's BodybuildingSecrets.com - Pre-Contest Diet Phase I (13-15 weeks out)

Truely Huge : Bodybuilding Diet To Get Ripped

In summary, most bodybuilders seem against large amounts of dairy pre-contest, those who do include it have low/reduced fat versions.

Hope that helps?

what about taking probiotics in capsule form?
(assuming this is a calorie/dairy thang)
