Default Tuna before bed???

I am currently on an oil rig and no access to cottage cheese or casien powder.

My only options are whey of tuna.

My concerns with the tuna is i can only eat it when mixed with low fat salad cream which contains alot of sugar!

However mixing whey with milk and peanut butter is an option, although i take a whey shake in the mornnig, before traing and after training so i fell i would be taking too many.

Another option is to wake in the middle of the night and take another shake but again this means even more whey shakes. This would result in 6 odd shakes on some days. I think this is too many plus it wouldnt last me long. I try to keep it at 3 per day.

HELP!

either option would do. as you say the rig puts you under these constraints so you can only do the best. you have to understand your diet will never be perfect... but your definitely taking it serious which is the main thing!
