Default Liquid diet anyone?

Last week i gained almost 5lbs of mass, i trained extremely hard mind you and it was a 5 day workout.

However my diet was well shit i hardly eat much but seriously over did it with the protein powder, i had 2 1/2 scopes every serving for every 3 hours i was awake.

I was feeling abit cheeky and thought id put weight on but not as much as i did.

Anyone else seen good gains with a liquid diet, i wouldnt recommend you guys doing this for to long as towards the end of the week i did have a bad stomach.
Ive started off this week better eating solid foods, as i have been having earlier nights and last week i just couldnt be assed to eat late at night and cook, as i wasnt getting to bed till 6am every morning.

I'm often in a rush and in the worst cases i've had 5 liquid meals out of 6 in the day. It gives you the shits, and generally i feel a bit sick

Never gone over 10 scoops in a day tho

Nick

lol i didnt ops: but i find taking a couple of multi-vitaims with iron slows down how many trips you make to the toilet each day
