Angry Help to get over the hump.

Hay guys I once weighed 400 lbs I am now at 295, but i can not seem to to lose any more. I workout sometimes twice a day for an hour each time, Is there a workout I can do to help. I have done great so far I just need to get over that hump can anybody help?

A few questions

You say sometimes workout twice per day, could you give a view of a typical weeks training schedule?
What is your diet like?

Loosing weight is down to carb control and cardio although the more muscle you carry the better as its metabolically active.
