What weight category/bf do beginners compete at? Can you add that much mass in x months? You stay pretty lean, but I guess there'd be some serious bulking to be done. |

Take my weight 86kg or 189 pounds and my bf realistically I'd guess 15% so 28.35 pounds is fat and 160.35 is muscle. Thus in 18 months if I drop 18 pounds of fat and put on 8 pounds of muscle which I figured pretty realistic I'd be 179 pounds with 10 pounds bodyfat. I'd be 83kg with 5.5% BF obviously stage worthy. |
