Wow, what a weekend. definately the highlight of my year. fantastic show, some UNREAL competitors, and of course, some excellent results for us and our friends. Rachaels' 3rd place was the highpoint for me (of course) can't tell you all how happy we were when that result was announced especially considering the competition she was up against. Malika 1st place, now 2 x ms. universe. excellent as always and well deserved. Dave Fox was impressive as hell, the best and biggest i've ever seen him taking 2nd in class 2 behind last years overall champion and it must have been close (!!!). Dayo Audi 2nd (again) but looking better than he has in years i thought. Enjoyed seeing Graham Park win the 0ver 50's class too (man these guys have unbelieveable physiques for any age, but in your fifties ? that's crazy). Have to mention Russell Freakley 2nd in class one, that is a truely awesome result. He was wearing the biggest smile of everyone after that. Karen Bricklebank 3rd in figure class 1, well done girl, very happy for you. Tony Mount took 2nd in class 3 and looked better than i can even describe, absolutely awesome physique and beaten only by the overall amateur and eventual pro-am winner who really was a total freak of nature. apologies to anyone i've missed out, i'm still on a high from the show and just barely getting my voice back. finally a big big thank you for all the support you guys (you all know who you are) gave to Rach, from advice, to cheering to doing her make up, inviting us out to dinner and just generally making it an enjoyable weekend.

hello everybody, i know i havent posted for ages but i havent had the strenght to fight shane for the computer so i havent been on for a bit.

just a quick note, to say thank you for all the support i received on saturday, i couldnt beleive the number of people who came up to me and said such lovely things anyone who spoke to me or shane knew that the my only goal on sat was to place in the top six it was my first year competing in the universe show and to be honest i was just in orr of the other girls competing. these are the girls ive looked at since i started competing and want ed to be like. we are so pleased with the results on saturday, really happy for malika twice miss universe and david who in such a tough class was so near to taking first place.


and a special big thank you to shane not for one thing imparticular just for been shane, i love you baby. (ok soppy part over).

hi rach . was shouting on you at day show an told my other half to mind blow they horns we took with us at nite .as i was busy getn ready . you did great young lady and i hope your proud .i got 5th in physique an am happy with that .well for this year!!!ok for not competing in ten years .wish you all the best in the great bodybuilding future you have aheadxxx eileen kirkwood.

thank you paul, it was a good show overall and some monsters walking around in the audience too. however i feel a bit showed out at the moment with two shows the weekend before and then the uni this weekend it will be nice to have a rest from them.

have you made any plans for next year paul?

nothing in concrete yet Rachel although i do feel i need to right the big mistake i made at the Britain this year though so i need to get jenny a big crimbo prezzie so she is on-side

you have done great in the last few shows you and Shane deserve a well earned rest.....
