I have seen that dream tan do a heat cream that heats the muscle groups up to give a stimulated pump. Are there any good supplements to take which won't effect the overall condition I know there's pump tech by muscletech but is there anything else worth recommending. I have small 10kg dumbells to take in my bag with me but I want that pump to last as long as possible, when I'm in the gym I find I pump up fast but also loose that pump in say 5 mins if I stop training. So any help here would be great thanks guys. J-man ______________________ SHOW ME A BODYBUILDER WHO HATES TO SQUAT AND I'LL SHOW YOU A WEAK PAIR OF LEGS. |

If you have enough carbs in you then you'll pump up fine. ______________________ Get an extra 5% off all products at www.mosn.co.uk Use code 'MC 110' when ordering Also mod at www.uk-muscle.co.uk Excellence is a Habit not a skill Any advice I give is from my own experience, I do not recommend the use of drugs. Lee would you recommend that heat cream by dream tan, with you mentioning the heat on stage do you think it might be a bit much. Someone told me that if you heat your muscles up then go to a cool area or spray yourself down with cool water the skin goes even tighter over the muscles is this true or is it just more crappy gym talk. I have screw together dumbells so I'll just keep it simple on the day get a nice pump to the triceps, back, quads and a bit of chest, I find like steve said if I pump up certain muscle groups like my biceps all the definition disappears. I'll practice before hand pumping and stretching with my tools up so I can get it perfect on the day. Thanks J-man ______________________ SHOW ME A BODYBUILDER WHO HATES TO SQUAT AND I'LL SHOW YOU A WEAK PAIR OF LEGS. |
