| Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1,938 Rep Power: ![]() | yeah i agree with av on this one... i make a point of stripping off to my undies in the gym when its fairly quiet and just going through my mandatories to check my condition, this does 2 things for me: 1 - get to see how fat i am 2 - you get used to being half naked with strangers around you.. what normally happens is people will come up and ask lots of questions etc. so it also helps get you used to focussing on your posing and not paying much attention to what is going on around you. ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself! | Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: n.ireland Posts: 117 Rep Power: ![]() | while posing in front of people and other competitors in the gym they can also input into slight changes in how you hold your pose that shows the muscle better ie, pushing thighs together on side poses to give a thicker look to the hamstring, and other small tweaks like that. |
