Cool Body hair

Hi, when you remove your body hair for a show, does all hair go including arm hair or is it just the back, chest, stomach and legs. Thanks guys J-man.

everything mate...

obviously you can still keep your man-carpet... but get rid of all teh spiders legs.. dont want them popping out your trunks and winking at the judges!!! lol

my routine is:

3 days before show - shave all over with clippers
2 days before show - use veet cream all over (this stuff is great), then use normal razor to remove an bits left over - moistuirize all over!!
1 day before show - again use normal razor to remove any bits left over before you start tanning.

For me one of the worst parts of contest prep; shaving all over twice a week, mind you I mostly keep it off my upper body all the time as I'm hairy and I find my body hair obscures my condition.

yeah i take it all off a few weeks before so any spots or shaving rash is cleared up before comp. then 1 week before i clip it off again, and night before i take it all of with a razor and use veet in the areas i can get at with the razor. i moisturise every time i take it off.

Cool Re: Body hair

Do any of you recommend waxing, they do a full body wax at the gym I go. I thought this may be more effective as waxing removes the hair root.

Thanks for the info Lee, I'll do it your way it seems the most effective. People have recommended the veet cream to me already, must be good stuff hehe.
