Okay, as some people may be aware. Poor ol' Gary Lister has injured his leg and has unfortunately had to pull out of his guiest spot at the UK show...

...however, all is not lost, as STUART CORE has agreed to step in and fill the spot. If you've not seen Stuart before, he is pretty f**kin awesome!!
He has it all, Mass, shape proportion and symmetry...and a narrow waist to boot. A worthy replacemetn to the great Gary Lister, who , i'm sure I speak for everyone, I hope gets better soon!!!

he looks even better since i sterted prepping him

he is looking very very good at the moment 270lbs with a 32" waist and 22" arms...
