Nabba North Brit

Hello to start with, went to nabba north last week end and must say well done to Eddie for the improvements it was alot better and more bodybuilding orientated than previous ones. Well done and am over the moon for my pal Brian as he lost faith in his self the last few years but he stuck in and its paying off. Also well done to both Lee ( first timers ) and also Fagoe( u 21 ), i dont think any body could of dieted harder than Lee the poor bugger and looked great for first timers and i know he will improve.

Oops forgot two more, well done to Rob for best condition he has been in and also well done to Mick liddle for jumping on stage again but i know he can be much better.

I'd like to say HUGE congratulations to Eddie Elwood on a great show. The set was brilliant as was the level of competitors. It was the first time I have done this show and I was pleasantly suprised at how well it was organised. I had a really good time talking to and meeting lots of like minded bodybuilders. The 2 other guest posers, Simon Robinson & Jason Corrick were both excellent and very proffesional and extremely nice people. All in all it was a pleasure to have been asked to do this show and I fully enjoyed taking part in front of such a fantastic crowd whose warmth and enthuisiasm made a most enjoyabe evening.

Ah hello mr shredded, unfortunatley i could not make the night time show but heard you were well good and my mate Lee speaks very highly of you. You have done well and i hope this continues for you

i was impressed by the show too.. ive been a big critic of the show in the past.... its obvious eddie ellwood has put alot of effort in to make the show closer to what it should be (and what it has been in the past)....

my only 2 improvements would be

1 - there were still a few poor judging decisions in my opinion
2 - better trophies... to put a fine point on it the ones they have handed out the last 2 years are p*ss poor!

but as has been said.. was a very enjoyable show this year!

With reference to the trophy's, Brians actually fell apart when he put it on the floor so a better quality of trophys / plates would of been good.
