A good start

With the early contest season well under way now we've had some good results so far with Andi Black winning Miss N. Ireland and Beck Williamson winning Miss NW Britain.

Out of our male competitors natural Junior champ Andy Chappell had a go in the NABBA Scotland and won on the same day 50 yr old Graham Park chose to enter his height class rather than the seniors and he won too! Not bad for a man giving away around 20 years to his fellow competitors!

Kirsten Cameron won the Toned Figure class in a decision which is only a year late! Kirsten looked awesome and has worked her ass off to get in the shape she's in and well deserved the win.

In the NABBA Scotland class 2 our guys, Robert Thomson and Scott Wilson were 2nd and third respectively with another Extreme Nutrition user, Gary Wilson taking the top spot.

We have the Mr Caledonia show this weekend which we are responsible for running so the stress levels are elevated and my patience shortened just now, I can't wait till about 9pm on saturday the 12th when I'm sitting with my mates Shaun Davies, Mark Wilson, Steve Avery and colleagues Liam Armstrong, James Watson and Christine McFarlane all with a drink in our hands and a sigh of releif in the air.

For all those coming to watch the event its shaping up to be a belter.

not forgetting Shane Copley (Bodyworks) won his class, Jon Bridge won his class and the overall at the NW and i won my class and the overall at the SW show so it looks like a strong contingent of guys and gals at the Britain Finals this month for Extreme Nutrition.....

good start, but this one has fallen at the first hurdle. i won't be on stage in southport this year, i know again.....
next time maybe. kinda tried something new, and it didn't work. still attending of course, and giving support to the other guys and girls in the extreme nutrition camp.
like arnie said "i'll be back".

Thanks Extreme!! Have worked my ass off the last 12 months to get my condition better and it sems to have paid off! Now to do my best at the British but I want to also enjoy it this year and not stress! Fingers crossed.
