Default Ukbff South Coast Show - Sunday 1st April - Update

The UKBFF South Coast Show is Sunday 1st April at The Portsmouth Guildhall.
The pre-judging will start at 1pm.

Dennis James will be holding a question and answer seminar on stage with Kerry Kayes at approx 5pm.

The evening show will start at 6pm.
Dennis James will guest pose along with IFBB Pro Troy Brown and IFBB Pro John Hodgeson.

All three will be on the CNP stand along with IFBB Pro couple Harold and Karen Marillier to answer questions and sign photos.

There is also free face painting for the kids along with a best upper body competition with easter eggs as prizes (for the kids!!)

Any children under 16 accompanied by an adult gets free admission.

Please come along and support the show. The venue holds over 2000 so there will be tickets available on the day. Nobody will be turned away.

There are 2 bars and a restuarant serving food all day.
