dont know if my friend jhon hodgson is around,but i wish him all the best in australia,jhon is 7 weeks out and looking gr8 !!!!!!!

john held a seminar at my gym a few weeks ago. he is looking great, no doubt about it.He was exceptionally ripped, and he hadn't even started his diet at that point. he's also a very nice guy and someone who truely loves the sport. i hope he places well in Australia.

he is tho, from photos i have seen, looking excellent, unfortunately for john, its not always about how he looks, its also about whether the judges will bother to look at him fully!
