Me:

Sept: First UKBFF Qualifier
Oct: UKBFF Finals if i qualify
Oct: NABBA UK

telling myself am sh*t actually motivates me and puts me in the right frame of mind to get dieted down... it gets me into frame of mind that no matter who is better than me on stage... none of them will have worked harder to get there!

well i'll check you out at the UK lee, Adam from my gym is stepping up again. this time going for one place higher. he's doing the novice class. Rach is gonna be back on stage around that time, show's not yet determined but she has a pretty good idea which ones she's gonna do. i'll be fat and happy again by then, the last show i plan to do this year is on may 19th. IF i get there

my shows this year are..
29th April - NABBA West Britain, Guild Hall Exeter
12th May - Mr Caledonia, some where in Scotland
19th May - NABBA British Finals, South-port

and i agree with steve too.. a granite hard bodyworks is a big scary thought!
