And I'll be running round stressed to fcuk, sweating and not see any of the show as bloody usual!

But after its all over and everyone has enjoyed themselves I'll think it was a good day no doubt.

I can now confirm Stuart Core will be guest posing in some way or another at the Caledonia.

The UKBFF may ban him if he goes on stage but he will be on the Extreme stall and may feel inclined to get his kit off during the interval and pull some poses (I think there will be music in the background) at the stall, it would be good if he got to pick the music and could fit those poses to his choice of music don't you think?

I think its confusing if Lee Powell and Flex Lewis are allowed to pose at the Hurcules Cup in Liverpool because its not a UKBFF event.
